All prices are valid at the time of ordering, we reserve the right to alter pricing and/or product availability at any time
at our discretion. An order cannot be changed, canceled or altered once payment has been made.
We aim to keep all product information current we however do not warrant that this information is accurate and
reserve the right to change any information or products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only
and we do not guarantee that any images are accurate for colour or truly display the actual product selected.
Measuring & Selection
It is up to you to select the product, colours and options that suit your individual application. We do not accept any
responsibility for incorrect selection or choice. An order cannot be changed, canceled or altered once payment has
been made. We advise that you read our handy “How to Measure” guides prior to measuring for your order, we
accept no liability for incorrect measurements at the time of ordering.

We would like to stress that we are not responsible for installation by third parties, and we advise installers to check
relevant state regulations for installing. Installation of motorised units must be carried out by a licensed electrician
and preferably an electrician with awning motor experience as the setting of limit switches is a specialised operation.
We provide installation instructions for our blinds but stress that these may vary in different circumstances and
are therefor a guide only. Poor fitting surfaces are the responsibility of the purchaser and we do not accept any
responsibility for loss or damage.
Materials & Manufacture
We accept no responsibility for changes in length, shrinkage or dropping of material and are not liable for any loss or
damage as a consequence thereof.
Variations of shade can occur in the manufacture of different materials, we will take every care to ensure a consistent
finish but do not accept any liability for variation in colour or grain structure. Product images are for illustrative
purposes only and we do not guarantee that any images are accurate for colour or truly display the actual product
selected. All blinds are made square and no responsibilty can be taken for “out of square” windows
Blinds under 600mm do not always track properly and will not be covered by the warranty. Products exceeding our
recommended dimensions (e.g.oversized blinds) may not hang flat and may pucker along the bottom rail or form a ‘V’
shape as such will not be covered by the warranty.
Misuse, accidents and errors
We do not accept any liability for misuse, neglect or use of products contrary to manufacturers instructions. We are
also not responsible for failure to follow installation, measuring or product care instructions or for any accident or
alterations carried out or loss resulting thereof.
All our products come with a 2 year warranty on both fabric and components. We warrant that the products we supply
are free from defect of materials or manufacture and are fully functional for normal operation. In the event that the
products you receive are faulty or defective we will replace or repair the goods in question at our discretion. Postage
of the defective products is also covered for a period of 2 years from purchase date. In all cases proof of purchase
must be included to qualify for any warranty. Photographic evidence of any visible damage or defect must accompany
any claim. This warranty does not cover accident, alteration of the product after delivery, misuse or neglect, and
normal wear and tear. In addition the warranty does not cover damage or loss while installing or failure to follow
measuring, installing and care instructions. This warranty also does not apply to products installed in a non-domestic
environment or to normal fading of fabrics and dyes.
