Are your blinds ready made or custom?
All our blinds are custom-made to your individual specifications. We make the blinds exactly to the
measurements you enter in the order process.
How easy is it to measure & install myself?
Very easy!, we even provide handy “how to” instruction pdfs for download By measuring & installing your
self you can save money and time.
Is everything included to install the blind?
Yes, we will provide all brackets that are needed, NOTE: we do NOT provide screws - you will need to visit your local hardware retailer.
How accurate are the colour fabric swatches on your website?
Close, but not exact, we cannot warrant that any images on the site will truly represent the final product - colour
swatches are a representation only. Fabric colours are often subject to changes between dye lots and we cannot
Can I request a fabric sample?
Yes, absolutely, Just contact us and request the particular fabric sample - remember to note the section on the
site (e.g. Roller Blinds) , the fabric range (e.g. Le Reve) and the colour Just send us an email or call on 1800 065 068 (remember to let us know a postal address.
Can I make changes to my order once I have payed?
Please make sure to double check all measurements, quantities & options selected before completing your
purchase - an order cannot be changed once it is payed and in the system.
When will I receive my order?
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 10 working days, during peak season lead times will be subject
to demand. NOTE: Powder coating will take approx. 5-10 extra working days.
Will I be notified of my order?
Yes, you will receive email confirmation of you order and when it is dispatched.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
No, you must have a street address. Sample fabrics are sent via post so they can have a PO box address.
What do I do if the parcel is damaged?
Don’t worry, get in-touch with us right away (within 24 hours of receiving goods) please take photos as evidence
of damage and we will get this fixed up. Remember to note "Goods subject to inspection" on delivery docket
Are my details and credit card safe?
Yes, Quicksew Home keeps your details for delivery and payment purposes only, we will not use or disclose
your personal information for any other purpose. All credit card payments are made via paypal, we do not keep
your credit card information.
Are your blinds Child safe?
Yes, all our products comply with relevant Australian Standards for blind and curtain cord hazards for more

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our products come with a 2 year warranty on both fabric and components. We warrant that the products we supply are free from defect of materials or manufacture and are fully functional for normal operation. In the event that the products you receive are faulty or defective we will replace or repair the goods in question at our discretion. Postage of the defective products is also covered for a period of 2 years from purchase date. In all cases proof of purchase must be included to qualify for any warranty. Photographic evidence of any visible damage or defect must accompany any claim. This warranty does not cover accident, alteration of the product after delivery, misuse or neglect, and normal wear and tear. In addition the warranty does not cover damage or loss while installing or failure to follow measuring, installing and care instructions. This warranty also does not apply to products installed in a non-domestic environment or to normal fading of fabrics and dyes.
